Dear
Physical Therapy Clinic Owner,
Have you ever wondered
what other clinic owners are doing to tackle issues you face
everyday like...
|
How to keep your team highly motivated and
able to deliver the absolute best quality of
service.
What you can do to attract more clients and fill up
more slots on a consistent basis.
Where you can find highly qualified people to join your
team that will rally around your vision of amazing
service and high productivity (and what you
can do to make your clinic their top employment
choice).
How to attract more of the types of clients you enjoy
working with.
How you can build a clinic that will run smoothly without
you having to be involved in every small decision and
task (so you can finally have a business that creates
the financial and personal freedom
you want).
And many more...
|
The
only thing worse than not knowing
the answers to these questions...
Is having to face
them alone.
Let's be honest.
It's lonely in your position.
And whether you're
working solo in a brand new practice of your own or you're
a long time owner of a multi-clinic chain... the final decisions
are up to you.
You do your best
to make the right ones each day. But in the back of your mind,
you wonder if you're really doing everything you can to create
the best clinic possible. You sense there are pieces
you're missing, options you're not seeing that could open
up exciting new levels of growth, quality, and personal satisfaction.
Is
the clinic you're in today the clinic you've
always envisioned for yourself?
If you are living
the career of your dreams as a clinic owner then congratulations.
However, if you're
like many clinic owners, you strive each day to make your
clinic better than the day before. Because you know deep down
in your gut that there is still room for improvement.
You
want to have more freedom to focus on improving
the overall quality of service your clinic is delivering instead
of getting caught up in "petty" management hassles.
You
want to have a reliable stream of paying clients
rather than having to frequently worry about where you're
going to drum up new work to stay afloat.
You
want to have a team that delivers top quality service,
doesn't need constant hand holding, and that you enjoy working
with day in and day out.
You
want to have the management of your clinic set-up in a way
that allows for you to take time off, not have to work constantly,
and gives you the freedom to live life on your terms...
not on the terms of what's happening at the clinic.
And
you want to reap the financial fruit of a successful clinic
that will allow the comfortable, secure lifestyle you've always
wanted for you and your family.
So
what's holding you back?
If you're like
most clinic owners, you've probably been so busy keeping up
with the hustle and bustle of just keeping your clinic running
that you haven't had any time to sit down and consider new
approaches to take, new methods to try, or new ideas to test.
It's difficult finding the momentum to create dramatic growth
and improvement in your clinic when all your time and energy
is being pulled in a hundred different directions.
And let's face
it, even when you do find a little bit of time to brainstorm
new ideas for your clinic it ultimately comes down to the
slow and painful process of trial and error. You roll the
dice with a new idea, but more often than not it just doesn't
end up being the breakthrough you were hoping for.
How
To Find The Time To Create Rapid Growth
And Improvements In Your Clinic
And
Access A Smorgasbord of Breakthrough Clinic Enhancing Ideas
Guaranteed To Increase Profits, Boost Client Satisfaction,
Reduce Management Headaches and Much More!
What if there were
some simple ideas you could begin applying today
that would free up just one hour a day for you to spend on
implementing new ways to improve the different aspects of
your clinic -- from marketing for new clients, to the productivity
of your team, to how efficiently the money you're putting into
the clinic is being spent.
Five hours a week
might not seem like a lot. But what if, instead of just trying
random new approaches for improving those different aspects
of your clinic, you had a complete blueprint of what
other clinics have done to enhance virtually
every aspect of how a clinic runs, how it's managed, how it's
promoted, and more.
You could take
this blueprint, choose an area of your clinic you'd like to
work on, and implement a strategy that has already
proved itself to work in numerous other clinics. Then simply
sit back and watch as similar results are generated in your
own clinic.
You might start
doing this just five hours a week, but as you implemented
more efficient management techniques and approaches you would
find yourself with even more free time. You could invest this
time into creating even more rapid growth and progress in
your clinic.
Eventually, you
have a clinic that is running at full steam in all areas.
You're pulling in record profits, receiving more positive
feedback from clients than ever before, enjoying the time
spent with your team more than ever, and taking advantage
of the newfound freedom to step back and enjoy life while
your clinic quietly hums along without you.
Sounds good, right?
But there's one problem...
Where are you going
to find ideas like that?
The Exclusive Event Where The World's Top
Physical Therapy Clinic Owners Will Reveal
The
Most Impactful Ideas They've Been Implementing
Over The Past Year
And
You're Invited
You
Can Even Get A Sneak Peak At Some Of Their
Techniques Free, If You Keep Reading Now...
Until now, the
only way for you to find out what ideas have really been working
in other clinics was difficult.
But I've done something
unprecedented. I have asked experts in the physical therapy industry to
join me in a truly revealing, three day "virtual
gathering" where we will examine the most profitable,
the most rock solid, proven clinic enhancing strategies available
today... many of which the majority of physical therapy
clinic owners have never heard of.
Before I tell you
about that though, you may not know who I am. And while I'm
not big on blowing my own horn, I'd like to give you a little
background on myself so you have a clear idea of what you
can expect from me as the leader of such an unheard of gathering.
My
name is Erika Trimble. I've worked in the health care industry
for many years. For the past three years, I've put my knowledge
of the business side of health care to work for physical
therapists like you, helping them better
understand the opportunities and un-tapped potential
in their clinics, and showing them how to unlock
that potential in a way that was in line with their personal
vision for their clinic.
I've taken frustrated,
overworked clinic owners and helped them not only increase
the quality and profits of their clinic... but almost more
importantly to them, decrease the headaches and hassles and
get back to the place of enjoying what they do. Take a look
at some of the results clinic owners like you have achieved
after working with me...
" Wendy Niedhardt, Chair of the Private Practice Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association says ...."
The
Private Practice Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association has
been promoting Erika Trimble's Tele-seminar series that focuses on
the business of private practice physical therapy. I took the course
myself and found that it contained a wealth of relevant and practical
information. She is a business coach, and she is very well educated
about our profession. She has really made an impact in clinics across
Canada by creating a mind shift from health care provider into business
person. She also writes an article for our newsletter quarterly.
The summit that she is organizing is just one more way to educate our
profession and to bring together individuals internationally with new
ideas and experiences beyond her scope.

Thoughts after the First Preview Call
Having missed the Pre-Summit tele-seminar on the 15th, I just now finished listening to the audio on your website. WOW!! I couldn't be more pumped! I can't wait until 11:30 today [September 19th] to hear more.
In the planning conference call on Wednesday, I identified my three main goals for 2009 as improving and updating our present systems, learning to manage by statistics and improving our marketing. While I did realize that these topics were going to be covered in October, I didn't realize just how closely aligned to my thinking the speakers were going to be. Nor did I realize that these were actually the topics on Monday!
My business partner and myself have been operating our clinic since 1994 and although we never had any formal training on managing, I have always understood the need for understanding the numbers. In fact, I have a bit of a passion for numbers. The problem has always been just how difficult it has been to get a quick hold of these numbers and in knowing just which numbers were most important...something I have been learning by trial and error.
I can't even count the thousands and thousands of hours I have poured over studying every single number I could find with respect to patient flow, retention, therapist productivity etc. but so much of this has been totally manually driven.... even so much as having to go through a book of appointments to count up the number of new patients, hours of work, number of "lost patients" etc etc. Although we have had various computer programs in the past, none has been able to provide me with the real tools I always hoped to have to streamline this process.
Over the past year I have done an extensive search of the patient management systems out there and I couldn't be more thrilled to say that we are switching our clinic over to Clinicmaster (actually being trained tomorrow with a go live date of Monday). I am totally excited to hear more about Alain and Max's strategies to actually analyze these numbers more effectively.
One major concern I have had over the years is that despite all our marketing efforts we never really had a good and easy system in place to really evaluate whether or not our marketing dollars were even being successful which caused a great deal of concern for me. I always thought we were wasting our marketing dollars. I can see that several speakers are going to be addressing this and I cannot wait to hear more of what they have to say.
Learning more about the business and how to effectively run it has been an ongoing passion for me for a very long time, and more recently, I have left my clinical practise to focus on this 100%...So... your timing is awesome!! To have all my greatest concerns addressed by specialists over one weekend is awesome and I have to say a bit overwhelming. Being a perfectionist myself, I took your advice on Wednesday to heart to try to focus on allowing myself to not focus on everything to prevent the inevitable "overwhelm".
Anyway, a very long way to say thank you thank you thank you for providing this opportunity for us. I cannot wait to learn more and am seriously interested in perhaps participating in your training program in the fall if I can convince my business partner that this is definitely the way to go!

Giving
Your Clinic The Edge It Needs To Not Only Survive,
But Thrive In A Field Growing Tougher By The Day
Does your
clinic have the edge to survive in today's health care environment?
If you're "just
getting by" now you may unknowingly be in a very dangerous
position. All it takes is one false step, one change in the
competitive environment, one change in health care policy
to force you to close your doors or sell out.
It may
be that the demand for quality physical therapists in your
area is so high that you are unable to attract a top performing
staff. If you don't know how to approach these top
PT's and create a work environment that appeals to them above
all others, it won't just mean a difference in quality of
service between you and your competitors. It will mean your
competitors getting more referrals, more business, and having
more cash flow to re-invest and grow their clinics with.
The new
cut backs in government and private health care coverage for
physical therapy is also a pressing issue you face
(and if not solved today, could lead to even more losses in
revenue when more cut backs arrive). In order to thrive, physical
therapists need to be looking for new ways to position
themselves and connect with the people they can help outside
of the traditional medical referrals they may have relied
on in the past. You need to find new ways to penetrate different
groups of people who are eager to take advantage of your services,
even if it means paying money out of their own pockets.
Another
issue clinics face is ever growing competition and new, more
discerning marketplace. Clients today have instant
access to a large amount of information on the internet to
help them decide what they want in a physical therapist. They're
more educated, expect more specific results, and want to have
a top quality experience throughout the therapy process. More
and more clinics are stepping up levels of service to fulfill
these new demands, and the ones that ignore them may soon
be out of business.
These are just
a few of the challenges you face today as a clinic
owner, and you likely have others on your mind as well.
If you want to
discover how some of the most successful clinics in the world
are addressing these challenges, the results they're getting,
and the steps you can start taking right now to do the same
-- you don't want to miss the 3-day "Prosperous
Physical Therapy Business Summit" where the brightest
minds in physical therapy will meet to discuss how this field
is being shaped and what you must do to succeed in it.
How
You Can Join In On This Unique
Breakthrough Generating Three-Day Conversation
After attending
the pre-conference business training calls of your choice, you'll then
be ready for the main event itself.
On
October 17th, 18th, and 19th, 13 top clinic owners
and experts came together -- over the phone, from the comfort
of their offices -- to share secrets, collaborate
on exciting breakthroughs, and lay out what's been
working and what hasn't in the top clinics around the world.
You can still get a "front
row seat" to the amazing conversations that will take
place, all from the comfort of your own office through the CD Proceedings that are available now, after the event.

Sit
Back And Listen As These Top Physical Therapy
Clinic Owners And Experts Lay Out Their Step-By-Step
Clinic Optimizing Blueprints
Each presenter
will be laying out their most powerful breakthroughs, behind
the scenes break downs of real strategies they've implemented
and how they worked, their biggest mistakes that you must
avoid, and the concepts and ideas responsible for their enormous
success.
This will not be
old, re-hashed concepts you've heard of before or come across
while surfing the internet. They will be revealing what is
working for them right now, today. Including
the trends they are predicting for the future and their plans
for how to deal with them.
However, this was not simply three days of lecturing. This event was an interactive,
engaging conversation. Just as if you had met these clinic
owners and experts on the street and convinced them to sit
down with you for an hour and let you pick their brains.
While these conference
calls were conducted in a relaxed, intimate way, they will also be very focused
and action oriented. I led the group to make sure
we only focused on
the tangible, actionable ideas you can take into your clinic
the next day and begin applying.
Including
Special Round Table Discussions Where Top
Clinic Owners Will Put Their Heads Together And Brainstorm
The
Next Level Strategies For Making Your Clinic
A Huge Success
Each day, several speakers assembled
in a special, interactive round table discussion where they were challenged to answer the tough questions on your
mind.
They put their
heads together and created a brainstorming session that
has never before occurred in the physical therapy field.
Bringing insights from their unique range of experiences,
and forming exciting new perspectives no one
has ever thought of on some of the most pressing issues you
face on a daily basis.
With their combined
decades worth of experience, you're sure to walk away from
each of these roundtable discussions with at least a handful
of actionable ideas you can begin seeing measurable results
from in your clinic in the weeks ahead.
Ok,
this all sounds great!
Who spoke and what exactly
did they talk about?
"How
to manage and track information
in your clinic: Your Crystal Ball"

Alain Scheldeman
Alain Scheldeman graduated
from McGill University in 1983 with a Bachelor of
Science in Physical Therapy. During the same year
he completed his Canadian Athletic Therapy Certification.
He is a licensed Physiotherapist and Certified Athletic
Therapist. Alain also teaches at the University
of Montreal in the Department of Physical Therapy.
Alain started Action Sport Physio.
The business grew from a one person operation
to 30 plus employees. Because many employees
wanted to be part of the family, Alain developed
a franchise business model which now has
19 clinics in Quebec, Canada. Alain has
two business partners in this franchise operation.
|
If a colleague of yours came and asked
you: "How well is your clinic doing?" Would
you know how to answer him? Would you know what he's
asking you?
He is asking,
are you profitable? How many patients a day you are
seeing? Is production up or down? How well are you doing
with your accounts receivables? Are you short staffed
or overstaffed? Are things looking good for the future?
Or should there be concerns? What exactly was he asking?
Wouldn't
it be nice to know how you are doing in every department
of the business? If you had a crystal ball, you would
have a feel for every department, you could forecast
the future and you would know how well you are doing;
wouldn't the answer to his question be easy?
Very few
clinic owners have a feel for how well their clinic
is doing. Without a weekly and a monthly analysis, it
is very hard to make decisions, to know if you need
to hire new staff or be concerned about your marketing
campaigns. In this presentation, Alain will review the
three levels of the business analysis. He calls it:
My crystal ball system!

"Key
Numbers To Help You Manage Your Business"
|

Max
Di Paola
"There's
no question that there is a movement for clinic owners
to take more control of their businesses and treat them
as such, meaning 'a business'. Clinic owners
must be aware of key indicators that provide
insight into how their business is doing and
how success can be achieved." |
Max
Di Paola will help you identify key numbers you should
be looking at so that you have a pulse on your business.
How is your business doing? Is it growing, are you losing
business, is the business stagnant? Where do you look
for more business?
There
are three different areas to the business where numbers
are key in helping your business set a direction towards
growth and stability.
Firstly one needs to understand the current business
reality; the number of patients, the therapist patient
ratio, clinic production and accounts receivables.
The
second area is to find money in your business within
your current patient load. Understanding the trends
in your patient load and putting little things in place
to monitor and address them will definitely help the
business.
The
third area involves knowing your patients, your services
and looking at marketing capabilities within your business
to increase patient referrals and new business.
Max
Di Paola has worked with 100 to 200 clinic owners, if
not more, helping them with their software needs to
achieve better business results by tracking their key
numbers.

"Modern Marketing Methods for your Private Practice -- Image, Credibility, Communication are Everything!"

David Straight
PT, MPT, OCS
President
E-rehab, LLC
David has been a physical therapist for fifteen years and was an owner/partner of four physical therapy clinics in North San Diego County for almost ten years.
He has a passion for helping practice owners communicate the value physical therapy can provide to their respective community members and how the Internet can effectively help owners realize their marketing and service objectives.
David has been involved in web and e-commerce development since 1996. E-rehab's Internet services were first developed and tested at his physical therapy clinics. They were so well received that they naturally evolved into the E-rehab service model that could be utilized by other private practices. |
In this presentation David Straight will discuss:
- How to use your website to build patient relationships
- Automated methods to increase repeat/word-of-mouth business
- The new era of “e-patients”
- Using Google to grow your business
If a practice is considering charging cash for services, it better remember the following:
Your clients are now “customers” that are going to pay their own money for the “best services”.
This is in stark contrast to “patients” that have “insurance” and have a sense of entitlement of these services because they have this “insurance”. They aren’t spending their own money so they aren’t nearly as discriminating.
If you want to be successful in a cash-based service business, here is a marketing plan that is sure to lead to success:
- Realize that your patients are customers and they have expectations!
- Exceed those expectations.
- Look for ways to improve your service every day.
We have worked with the President of the Ohio Physical Therapy Association, the President of www.PTPN.com the nation’s largest private practice physical therapy network.

“But I don’t want to serve a niche market, I want to serve everyone.
“If I market to only one type of client, I will get fewer clients and it will take me longer to build my practice.”
Do either of these statements sound familiar?
These are some of the many comments I hear from my clients when I suggest they focus their marketing on a targeted niche area. Many therapists find it extremely challenging and confusing to decide upon a niche market and therefore have many resistances that need to be overcome if they are to become successful at niche marketing.
If you haven’t taken advantage of the many benefits of marketing to a targeted niche, you may find yourself struggling to get clients and feel that building a thriving practice is somehow a mystery. Those who have focused niche markets tend to have more successful businesses that are more profitable and offer more fulfillment and freedom.
And you want that as well, right?
In this teleseminar, I will counter common misconceptions and fears you might have about marketing to a focused niche. I will then show you the many advantages that marketing to a narrow niche can offer. Some of these include being able to build your practice faster, becoming known as an expert, taking advantage of industry and societal trends, as well as potentially attracting loads of clients from Internet search engines!
I will also show you the steps involved in choosing a niche that you love and the trick to easily find people in your niche to market your services to. You will discover how smoothly your whole business will run when you know whom you are marketing to and clients are better able to find you.
Ultimately, you will discover how niche marketing can lead to a more profitable and sustainable practice that provides a greater opportunity to lead a more freeing and fulfilling lifestyle.
Come and join us on this teleseminar to find out how to develop the niche market that will help your business soar to success!
My website is bringing in a lot of new clients...
I keep thinking about how many times I've heard callers in the teleconference calls struggling as I did with the ideal client exercise and how I wish they could see how my practice has been transformed as a result. When I joined the membership program and did the ideal client exercise (the first time) only 30% of my clients were the ones I was trying to attract. After working with the exercise and using the language you've helped me develop on my website over 75% of my clients are the ones I want. The majority of them come from my website. Thanks again for your encouragement and confident teachings in this area you know so well. The profitability is worth the persistence."

"The Importance of Differentiation and Branding and
How to Do Them Both "
Brian Gallagher
I believe that I started in Physical Therapy like most ambitious new professionals would by finding a private practice that would nurture my desire to help others and grow as a professional. For a short while they did just that, and then I realized that most owners in private practice at the time were just doing what they recalled their predecessors doing.
Well, by now, I hope we have all come to the realization that we need more than that to make it in today’s marketplace.
My wife and I received the business training that we needed and built our therapy practice from just her and I in the third bedroom of our house to over 150 employees, among our six clinics and staffing company. We were then able to live one thousand miles away from our practice and to run it remotely for over a year until we ultimately sold it two years ago. I’m now ready to do it all over again starting with three clinics I recently acquired.
My passion has always been to help others. My training has taught me that simply by being WILLING TO LOOK at new things, I am then able to learning new things. This in turn contributes to my passion of helping others.
I have now helped hundreds of owners to achive their goals, and my consulting company, MEG Business Management, LLC, affords me the opportunity to continue doing what I love to do. There is nothing greater than working together with an owner on building his ideal practice and seeing him or her become more in control of everything in his or her life in the process. Let’s face it -- isn’t that what it’s all about? Being happier in life with what you have created, not because of what it’s doing to you?
My advice to anyone in private practice is to always be willing to hear what others have to say, but to take only that which comes from those who have a proven track record of success. There are definitely successful actions that are common among successful owners, and the sooner you make yourself available to what they are, the sooner you will be achieving your success.
|
This session will cover the following key points about differentiation and marketing:
-
Survey data - this is the most vital first step in marketing anything and that is to know what your public needs and wants.
-
Discover their button - everyone has a button that gets them to want to reach for a service or product.
-
What will be our message - you want to send the message out to your public that pushes their button. This message must be what differentiates you from the crowd.
-
Branding is out flow - The more that goes out, the more that will come back in to any organization. So out-flow, out- flow, out-flow.
I once had a financial advisor tell me that the two top answers to the question he would ask in his initial consultation were, “STABILTY AND OR FREEDOM." The question was: “If I am successful in managing your money, what do you hope to achieve as a result?"
I personally would answer freedom. Think of the freedom you just bought yourself by differentiating yourself from what else is out there. Now you have a steady flow of patients coming into your practice. Think of how it would feel if your name stood for something great, and everyone knew what it was. The bottom line is that we want to be in control of our practice and not have it control us.
I have worked with many PT owners over the past several years who feel their number one challenge is just getting more new patients. They are trying everything to achieve that end but feel deep down that they have no prediction on whether or not what they are doing is going to work. How would you feel if you knew what to do and how to do it so that bringing in more new patients was no more difficult than turning on and off a faucet. I have worked with owners in Canada as well as in the US, and they all have achieved their goals.
The number one industry trend right now is to diversify your practice and take on cash based services when possible. However, I feel it should be to “learn how to sell yourself to the public." At any given moment of the day, you are either on the buying or selling end of some relationship/conversation/negotiation. The better able we become at knowing how to successfully communicate what it is that we need and want and get it, the more freedom we will have in not only business, but in life.
Now is the time to take advantage of these proven techniques!

In 1987 Diana accepted a part-time faculty position in the School of Rehabilitation Therapy as a Lecturer while continuing practice in critical care as the Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist at Hotel Dieu Hospital . After successfully completing her Masters of Science degree in Rehabilitation at Queen’s in 1991, Diana became a fulltime Assistant Professor and now holds the position of Associate Professor teaching cardiorespiratory physiotherapy, basic clinical skills, professional issues and business. In 1987 Diana started a very small scale cardiac rehabilitation service in Kingston , Ontario . For over a decade she owned and operated what became a private regional multi-disciplinary ambulatory Cardiac Rehabilitation Centre, When two fulltime positions plus clinical practice became a bit too taxing, Diana approached the three public health care institutions in town to take over the centre. Diana has continued to participate in the centre at Hotel Dieu Hospital as a casual physiotherapist and acts as a consultant to individuals and institutions seeking help to open or manage a rehabilitation centre.
|
Diana will show you how you can create optimal employee engagement and productivity by:
-
Creating a positive environment
-
Ensuring employees feel free, safe and excited to contribute
-
‘Actions speak louder than words’ ...
- Modeling exemplary ‘service behaviour’
- Relevant rewards: putting time into, and focus on, career development and leadership
- Demonstrating you value and respect your colleagues; that you appreciate their thoughts, ideas, skills and knowledge
- Differentiating between dissatisfaction and job satisfaction
- pay, security, status, peer relationships, subordinate and supervisor relationships, company policy and administration, work conditions, and supervision
- achievement, recognition, the work itself, responsibility, advancement, and opportunities for growth
- Inspiring!
It is a cascading pyramid of freedom and satisfaction:
-
If the owner is a leader and develops leadership and engagement in their manager(s) then ... it frees the owner up to pursue their roles and excel
-
If the managers are happier, more capable and engaged in becoming leaders then ... they become effective at supervision and delegation
-
If the employees are more trusted, more involved and empowered to make decisions then ... the employees will serve the clients better……………..learn the rest of this pyramid at the Summit!
Diana’s has taught these principles in the following contexts:
-
Written the book ‘Business in Clinical Practice: How to get There from Here’
-
8 years of teaching Masters entry-level students business basics with over 40 business owners and consultants as community advisors; every year past graduates successfully open the businesses they developed and planned in the course
-
Speaker and run workshops at conferences for rehabilitation professionals
Diana believes that her business topic is very relevant to supply and demand for physiotherapy services:
-
Need for physiotherapists is growing due to demographics and scope of practice
-
Supply of physiotherapists is not keeping pace
-
Leads to recruitment and retention challenges
-
Places human resources issues above client issues at your clinic/business

"Networking with your competitors: how can this help me?”

Yvonne Chan

She is currently the Chief Operating Officer of AIM Health Group (www.aimhealthgroup.com), a publicly traded health care company, which provides medical and rehabilitation services through a network of 83 sites across Canada.
She is also the President of the Alliance of Rehabilitation Centres of Ontario (www.arcorehab.org), a non-profit organization which represents 166 rehabilitation clinics in Ontario through a network of multi-disciplinary clinics.
Yvonne is also a guest lecturer at Queen’s University and at University of Toronto in their physiotherapy programs.
|
Did you ever consider that creating a relationship with a competitor can be your best ally and perhaps an opportunity toward more freedom? There are both non-profit and private networks which can provide a clinic owner with access to opportunities to network with single and multi-site providers, new revenue opportunities, quality improvement resources such as accreditation, and representation at key stakeholder meetings.
This seminar will discuss:
- What is in it for the larger organization to network?
- What is in it for the clinic owner?
- How does this create a win-win relationship?
- How does being part of a larger network provide a clinic owner with the opportunity for more freedom?
The payor environment is changing, and it is becoming more of a challenge to stay on top of governance issues, changes to legislation, and new types of payor contracts. Joining a network may offer the single or multi-site owner an additional resource and insight into the larger environment, as well as access to new referral sources and a diversification of revenue streams. This relationship could also provide opportunities for more freedom both in the short term and in the long term.

For those of you who know me and have experience with the Programs I offer, you will recognize that behind everything I say and advocate on business success is related to excellence in customer service. You have heard me say customer service must be behind every business strategy.
As a participant in my presentation you will learn:
- What offering world class customer service can do for your business
- What customers today really want
- How to create a world class customer journey in your clinic
- What tools can help you create customer service excellence.
When you become an ETDBW clinic, you will differentiate your practice to stand out in the eyes of your current clients and prospective clients. What is ETDBW? It is an acronym that means “easy to do business with”. Do your clients feel you are a clinic easy to do business with?
Differentiating your practice in today’s world starts with seeing your services through your client’s eyes and making their experience with you memorable and convenient.
I know what customer service excellence can do for a business based my own personal experience as a professional in private practice, and from the experiences of the many business owners I have coached over the last years.
Owning a physiotherapy clinic today is remarkably different than it once was. The changes that clinic owners experience are a result of a more competitive environment, more savvy clients with access to much more information, and a growing sophistication level in clinic owners.
Make just a few simply changes to your services and you’ll see a great improvement in your customer relations, and bottom line!

Are
You Limiting Your Clinic's Success Without Even Knowing

back from higher levels of success and satisfaction in their

to do with a lack of ambition and drive to create better results

The limiting outlooks many clinic owners have that are chaining
them to mediocre levels of quality and success and how to
re-train your own mindset away from these.
The numerous different business models you can begin applying

your aim is to simply become a highly profitable clinic or
the owner of a 40 clinic chain).
How to train your mind to spot opportunities where
you may currently only see limits and obstacles.
Steps for getting to where you want to be without compromising
yourself, your service, or your dreams (you really can
have it all).
Dozens of "hidden opportunities" and leverage points

I want to grow my business - Send me the CDs!
“Wise
men learn by other men's mistakes,
fools by the their own”
An
old proverb, but one that rings more true today than ever.
With so many options to choose from, so many questions to
be answered, and so much "noise" to filter out in
the process of making the right decision - learning
from the mistakes and successes of other physical therapy
clinic owners and experts who have already achieved
what you are striving for just makes sense.
Now,
for the first time ever, you have the chance to do that. To
sit down with the masters in your field and discover their
greatest lessons. In all, you could save yourself decades
worth of trial and error in these few days of simply absorbing
the experiences and mistakes of others who have already gone
down the same path.
Will
you be one of the clinics that embraces the boundless opportunity
and unlocks their hidden potential?
Or
will you continue to limit yourself and struggle more and
more against the rising challenges in the physical therapy
field?
I
look forward to helping you find the shortest
path to the clinic you've always envisioned for yourself,
your colleagues, and your clients.
Sincerely,

Erika
